The congress, sponsored by Shenzhen Municipal Government and the Fourth China International Hi-Tech Fair Organizing Committee, will run from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Oct 10 at Huaxia Hall of Wuzhou Guesthouse. The overseas Chinese students who have successfully started up their businesses in Shenzhen will introduce their experiences to the audience. The congress will also showcase the products from the enterprises run by the returned Chinese students and their successful experience in Shenzhen. All the returned students in Shenzhen and all the enterprises that are interested in the projects started by the students are welcomed to attend the meeting.
